Sameer and Harshada are newly married couple living in Mumbai. Everything is going fine for the lovebirds when Sameer's childhood friend Damodar arrives unannounced from his native Village. Things do not remain the same when Harshada befriends Damodar. The new-found friendship irks Sameer and gradually creates a rift between husband and wife. Things turn so ugly that Sameer leaves Harshada. Will Damodar be able to clear the air and pacify Sameer?
